Electronic Payment Agreement

Once you do enroll, you consent to having a payment method on file and authorize monthly recurring electronic payments until you submit a withdrawal form. Tuition is auto-charged 15 days in advance the upcoming month. A $25 late fee applies if not paid within 5 days. We do not offer refunds for missed lessons. If a payment fails due to insufficient funds, we may retry the next day. You are responsible for updating us with any account changes. A $50 registration fee will be applied at enrollment.

Withdrawals

A withdrawal form must be submitted 16 days in advance to avoid charges for the next month. Withdrawals after payment is processed will not be eligible for a refund whether or not lessons are attended.

Make-Up Lessons

Cancel at least 24 hours in advance to receive a make-up credit, valid for 21 days. Credits don’t roll over and must be scheduled by the student or parent.

Communication

For payments, scheduling, or policy questions, contact our admin staff by phone or email. Do not ask your instructor about these topics. You will be notified of terms and conditions updates by email. Our terms and conditions are always viewable at this URL and in our Student Portal.

Closures

We operate 48 weeks per year, averaging 4 lessons monthly. Months will have 3, 4, or 5 weeks of lessons.

Teacher Absence

If a teacher is unavailable, a substitute will be provided or a make-up arranged (in person or Zoom). If one cannot be provided at the same time we will arrange to reschedule the lesson.

Liability

We are not responsible for injuries or lost/stolen items on or off-site.

Media & Copyright

Our lesson materials may not be copied, sold, or distributed in any format. By signing, you grant Supertonic the right to use audio, photo, and video recordings from lessons for promotional and educational use.

Dismissal

We reserve the right to dismiss students for policy violations without refund.
